New Password Requirements

The security of your financial information is vitally important to us. Because of this, beginning January 14, 2019, your online/mobile banking password will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Have a minimum length of 8 characters;
  • Have at least one upper case and one lower case letter;
  • Have at least one number;
  • Have at least one character (such as ! @ # $ %)


To change your password, please follow these steps:
  • Login to online banking
  • Click on the "Services" tab
  • Click on "Change Your Password"


For further security of your account, we highly recommend that you also change your Login ID to something other than your account number. You can also do this under the "Services" tab in online banking (but select "Change Login ID" instead).
